Very cute sterling silver heart pendant. Nice quality. It is very nice how the heart can open up to show "Best Friend" saying inside. It was purchased as a gift for my 12 yr old daughter to give to her friend who moved back to Japan. The only con about this purchase is that it does not come with a chain for the price. The pendant is small, half inch over all and I found that it looks very good on a 16" chain. It also comes packaged in a blue velvet drawstring bag.

I love how the heart has an I love you inside of it. I had one in gold before and have been on the prowl for a sterling silver one! I have searched high and low at various jewelry stores and to my surprise I found it here on Amazon!! Shipment was fast (Prime member) and packaging was fantastic! This little charm goes very well with the leather necklace I bought here from Amazon as well. It is shiny and smooth, not one scratch on it! I absolutely love it! If your looking for something cute, this charm definitely fits the bill! I have received many compliments today (arrived today) and my friends found it neat that the "I love you" is inside the heart!

After receiving a friendship charm from one of my friends, I decided to look for a charm that I could add, as well. After much research, I settled on this "Best Friends" pendant, even though one reviewer said that it was a little too small for a larger woman. The size is not too small; it is extremely well crafted, and a good weight. The only downside, for me, is that it has a bail and not a clasp, as other charms do. I knew this when I ordered it, though, and it is worth the adjustment.

I gave this to my wife on my wedding anniversary and she loved it very much. Although it is just a pendant and is very tiny in size, the opening up of the lids to the little "I love you" inscribed little piece inside is very cute and adorable. Lovely gift. I suggest anyone to go ahead and buy this but if possible buy a necklace as well along with this & that would make it even more elegant!

This necklace is beautifully crafted. The only complaint I had was regarding the packaging. The chain is so delicate it began knotting immediately while removing it from the plastic bag. We managed to untangle it without destroying its delicate state. I advised the manufacturer/dealer of the difficulty and they were open to suggestions. This is not a necklace for a child.
