I have been looking for a Princess of Wales ring with this size stone for some time. This one is very good...the stone is blue,not black-looking,with little flashes of brighter blue,depending on how the light hits. It looks quite believable for someone without a royal income. It is a bit on the lightweight side,so one knows immediately it is not white gold or platinum. Many sterling silver rings that I have are also much heavier than this one,but that is its only slight drawback.

This is as believable as an amazing ring you inherited from a wealthy grandmother. You can be your own fairy godmother and purchase something resembling a piece of royal history. This ring is more lovely in person than in the picture. Despite the large size "sapphire " center stone, this looks delicate and very flattering on your hand, its oval shape lengthening your finger. Although the picture makes the ring look rounded on the top, the "table " (top) is flat with classic facettimg on the sides. A true, valuable sapphire should be a luscious, velvety blue and picks up the light as you move rather than be "sparkly" which is the dead give away of a fake. The tiny cz's on all sides of the shoulders combined with the slightly larger ones surrounding the center stone are sheer perfection. Yes this ring is light, but it is well made. This is a ring you can live in as a signature piece. Ignore the negative reviews. This ring looks precious!

Almost no one makes a ring that exactly matches the style of Kate Middleton's engagement ring. This one is fairly close.The match is good in that the band is similar and the shape of the stone is almost perfect. Many other rings comes up with a beefed up and split band and a stone that is more round than oval. The fake diamonds around the edge are also very similar.The one thing no one matches is the setting, or the claws around the edge that hold the stone in place. On the real ring, the prongs circle the stone and are much smaller so as not to get in the way of the stone. Here (and on most other replicas), there are four large clips holding the stone.On its own, it is a fairly nice piece of costume jewelry. It comes in a nice clear plastic case that you can use to display the ring without having it exposed to the elements.I think it is a much better value than all of the other replicas I have seen. It is certainly better than the one they gave away on Oprah or Ellen, or whatever daytime show it was.Note that the company that carries and ships this has very good and quick communication. I was a little disappointed that they did not ship it the next day, but the ring still arrived in less than a week and sooner than they said it would.

This ring exceeded my expectations. It is an exact replica, looks very real, is well made and comfortable to wear. I researched Diana's ring from pictures and articles to ascertain the number of diamonds, the true size of the sapphire and the correct metal used for the setting and band (white gold). This ring is an accurate reflection of the original. Paying a few more dollars for this ring was well worth it. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Took a couple of returns because I got the wrong ring at first, but once all was done I love the ring! Had it since last year and even though I don't wear it daily, it looks great and I get compliments on it a lot. I think it looks very real. Not fake at all, just beautifulUPDATE: Now I have had this ring for 9 years and it is still gorgeous. I have a lot of jewelry so I must admit I do not wear this ring daily, but I pulled it out today and and have worn it all day and I just love love love it. I researched Kate's ring, and this ring looks so much like it as her ring has prongs all the way around coming to from each diamond, so not just 4 prongs, but a lot. So this ring is like that. The photo is not right. If you get a ring with lots of prongs, you have the right one. This ring is very well made.

This is a very pretty ring. The "sapphire" is a beautiful deep blue and mimics my real sapphires quite well. The size is quite nice, too, not too gawdy. HOWEVER, for the price (I paid $59.99), this is kind of a cheap ring. The center stone in mine was loose and the prongs snagged easily. I am returning mine. Fortunately, Amazon made that process very simple and painless (5 stars for amazon.com!) If you are looking for a quality Princess Diana/Catherine ring, look for one that has multiple prongs around the center stone. They seem to be more secure, especially for such a large ring. I already purchased a replacement elsewhere with a multi-prong setting (much better quality!).

This ring is just fine. Exactly like Kate's. But of the dozens of outlets selling this ring, only two are accurate. Notice the correct ring has a prong holding the Blue Sapphire extending out from between each and every diamond (14 I think) Most all other rings only have 4 - are cheap, inaccurate knock-offs. This company's ring is EXACTLY CORRECT. Excellent ring for the price at the time I bought it for my Son's lady. But listen to an old man, buyer beware!
