Sadly the watch arrived with a dead battery. I hoped to exchange it but that was not an option. Rather then return it, I bought a battery remover for 10 dollars and a new battery for 5. So what was a great value disappeared. A brick and mortar store would have exchanged it no problem but with this purchase not happening. Thankfully the watch works fine with the new battery. Oh well add 15 bucks to the price. There is no calling their customer service for credit it's not for the aggravation talking to some third world country. Oh well everything's a trade off I guess hopefully the watch continues to work.
