In my opinion they are great for anyone but I feel they would be especially nice as a gift for girls between the ages of 8-14. Very cute for a gift from a young boyfriend, grandmother, mother, father or anyone really. What girl doesn't like surprises and jewelry and this product has both.This box features an 18" Yellow Gold Plated necklace with hinge closure locket to hold the pearl once it's revealed. Inside the sealed can is a mollusk with a beautiful wish pearl tucked away inside of it ready for you to find. The excitement will build as you are opening and waiting to see which pearl you get. There are 5 different color possibilities the one that came with this one was the light pink or cream one for success. Each color has a corresponding meaning and all of that is outlined on the package. I found it very fun opening the mollusk and finding the little surprise. There's lots of unique reading material about the pearl on and inside the package. This product is so much fun and then after the fun it's wearable and I must say a very nice jewelry piece to show friends. I can just see a pre-teen girl showing all her friends what she received for Valentine’s Day or that unexpected gift her young boyfriend purchased for her.Overall I think this product is so cute, very fun, wearable and an enjoyable piece.
