If I were rating the description, I would give it a 2. So many of these items from China are superimposed onto generic pictures, and done poorly. The earrings represent differently in size in every picture. The actual size is a little bigger than a quarter and not quite the size of a half dollar. The earrings themselves are nice though, so 4 stars! I've been looking for a pearl hoop to break away from the standard stud and I do like these. The pearl size goes well with my 4-5mm pearl necklace. And even though the hoop is a little bigger than expected, and the rubber backs are a little strange to me, I like them enough to keep them.
