The design is nice, and the construction in generally ok. The metal is sturdy, and the stones are securely in place.The set I received has some gouges or scratches in the one pearl that didn’t look “naturally made.” They looked like a tool slipped or something, and scratched the pearl. I'm not sure these are natural pearls.

They look much better in person. I wasn’t sure about the aurora borealis and if I would like it, but the colors are gorgeous! I love these earrings and I wish there was a matching necklace. It comes in a lovely gift box as well.

Lovely, classy and large, these baroque freshwater pearls hang down with a lot of style. The gem-like base is your choice of many colors such as "diamond," "sapphire," "emerald," or my choice, rainbow. The rainbow is a square cut, gem quality CZ that reminds me a bit of Alexandrite. That, and pearls are my June birthstones.These are dressy and pleasing earrings. There is also a choice of the color of pearl paired with the CZ. The pearls are genuine, they passed the "tooth test." In case you didn't know, the way to tell if a pearl is real is to rub it on your teeth. If the pearl has some grittiness to it, then you know that it's genuine. These are the real deal, and now I need someplace dressy in which to show them off. Beautiful.
