Got this the other day. Comes with two batteries. It only takes one so you have a back up. Haven't taken it for a spin yet but I did put in the battery it worked great. Even though it can be turned on and off. The motor part of it is a little cumbersome for all day every day wear. I will be putting it in when I plan on using it.

This product was way to big in my mouth, most of the time I couldn’t even get it to vibrate, and if I did I had to unscrew to the point it almost want together. These batteries can be deadly if swallowed so super poor design flaw!

The ring is huge. It's too big, and doesn't turn off unless you completely disassemble it.

This tongue ring is too heavy and too big, it turns on and off when it wants too, there is no button you have to turn the end of it but if you turn it too far it opens all the way up and the battery can fall out into your mouth

Way too big, and has very strong metal taste. Terrible for tongue jewelry. Not even worth the hassle of trying to return it.
