I am a black gentleman with a wide nose, so I purchased the largest option. They fit perfectly, and are very light, though due to their shape I don't fear them slipping out! They tuck up easily in a second, really no effort required. In the past, some nose rings of mine have pinched when doing that, but these are rounded and soft--you can barely feel them there. Absolutely a necessity for a career, or for if some other reason you want to hide your septum ring.

I'm not sure if these are larger than normal or if my nose is just small but the portion of the retainer that sits in the septum piercing is much larger than it needs to be and is uncomfortable. The retainer doesn't stay upright in the nose so it will shift downward and show. I use my retainer for work purposes so it showing is a problem for me. All in all this retainer is too large and uncomfortable for me.

I wear one of these septum staples as my everyday jewelry. Very small and dainty, I can flip it up and it’s practically invisible. Love these!

a bit wider than expected but i have a small ass nose. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. they don’t fall out as much as you might think

You can kind of tell from the picture provided that the staple width is abnormally wide. I have both sides of my nose pierced as well so because of the width they get caught often. Not a big deal just annoying.
