I like that this pack comes with a set of L shape and the spiral shape (I don't know what they're called).I've had my nose pierced for 2 year's and have been trying to find a stud and fit that I like. I have ordered endless amounts of L shaped studs and they would fall off while asleep - which is weird. I also didn't like how most studs always stick out of my nose. I almost gave up until I saw these and decided why not give them a try...... soooooooo GLAD I DID!The stud I'm wearing in the photo is the 2.5MM in the L-shape.The stones are very pretty! Perfect size not too big. These surgical steel titanium nose screws are really good. The 20 g size is the perfect size for my piercing, and the size of the imitation diamond is also the perfect size it is not too big. I like that the screw type nose ring does not fall out, or get lost when you blow your nose. I do have the other straight pen type nose rings and they are easy to pop in and out, however if you want one that you’re going to leave in for quite a while I suggest the screw type they will not fall out. The fact that these are surgical steel titanium is exactly what we are supposed to use in our piercings not gold or sterling silver but this titanium steel, which does not cause any irritation whatsoever. I have always had an allergic reaction to everything except gold or silver except for this surgical steel. They are strong, attractive, easy to wear, and the price is great!
