I selected these to get acclimated again with wearing bracelets. It's been over a decade and working from home now allows me to ware such jewelry. I had intended on buying silver bracelets, and just using these after a month. However I think I am going to stick with these bracelets as they haven't tarnished since going to the beach, swimming, sweat from theme parks nor showers. I would have had to clean silver bracelets several times buy now. These guys are just as shiny as the day I received them. Of course if you look closely, you will see some tiny scratches, but only if your looking for them. No problems with my arm hair and no soap residue from showering. And it's all steel, not plated, or I would have see a different metal by now. So for a great price, suggest adding these bracelets for some style, or at least to get acclimated.UPDATE: I am still wearing and loving these bracelets. I haven't taken them off since the day I received them. Still shiny and untarnished!

I love to wear jewelry but I live in a large city and take public transportation on a daily basis. Lately, I have been very aware of my belongings. In this day and age, you can't flaunt bling anymore. If you do you are inviting trouble. That is just my opinion but ultimately I want to be in a position where if I'm confronted I will have no worries if they are taken. I have recently started to purchase gold plated and noticed that stainless steel gives you the weight and or heft of real gold. Some jewelry you can tell by just looking at it that it is plated/fake. There is something about the color that gives it away. These bracelets you can't tell the difference! They really do look beautiful. The best part about one of them is the clasp. The lobster clasp on the Figaro link has worked for who knows how long but it is somewhat of a pain to do one-handed. The clasp on the Cuban link is a breeze to put on! The clasp just needs to be threaded through and then you fold it closed. It really is a why didn't I think of that moment? I think jewelers should take note here. That being said these are my go-to daily wear bracelets. I can't say enough about them.
