Bought two pack, one is great. The other has two of the same top pole. So there is no way to attach it to the base - making it useless.Can you send the correct pole? Or do I have to return both stands?

The media could not be loaded.  This item is fine however the boxes were damaged and taped. First one was fine once I figured out how to get it together as there is no instructions. The second one however is missing one of the big screws as shown.

I have purchased so many of these over the past year and have been so disappointed when they are cheaply made and don't work the way they are supposed too. This one was amazing and had no issues at all. They were easy to put together as all the others but these I was able to have tight and have no movement of the spinner wobbling when you put items on it. It is a great price for 2 of these and its great that I can chose how many I want on each of them. Will defiantly be buying more in the future.
