Line up the top with your piercing, and mark where the edge of your nostril is on the bottom of the paper.
Lining up the edge of the paper with the bottom of your nostril and marking where your piercing hole is on the paper.
The measurement that you get will be the smallest inner diameter that you can wear comfortably.
if you would prefer a looser fit, then just add 1mm to that measurement.

I really love these. I bought these to wear in my ears. I have bought two pairs for my ears now. Love them, easy to put in, take out, fine to keep in long periods of time. No irritation so far and I’m very sensitive to most metals. The only thing I’ve noticed is one of the hinges is getting loose and crooked. So I’ll have to be careful but otherwise happy and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Thank you!

i love these and that you can’t see a seam they’re just the click in hoops which i like. one of my piercings was a little painful after putting in i think it was senetive to the metal which is still is weeks later but besides that they’re great

Ordered 16g 7mm, and they were exactly as expected. Got for my basic helix earrings. Through trial and error, I realized that 8mm was too big, and 6mm would close but were too tight. These are just right!
