This organizes my jewelry nicely. I bought 2 sets to mix and match the pieces.The only improvement would be to make the ring organizer removable so that it could be used for something else.

The material on this is listed as velvet, but it’s not velvet or crushed velvet - although it could be a cousin of crushed velvet - to me it’s similar to a stuffed animal fur because it’s a bit fuzzy. Otherwise, it is still a nice set with stacking trays - although the trays just sit on one another with no real mechanism or rim to keep them in place, but because they are fuzzy they are slippery and stay put unless bumped hard. The exception is the framed glass lid that has a rim to fit over any tray of your choice as the top display. There is a medium and larger sectioned area tray, ring slot tray, and necklace/bracelet tray for a ton of jewelry storage.

This is a 5-piece set of 4 different jewelry trays plus a clear cover. The trays are covered in a soft, faux suede type of material and seem quite rigid and sturdy, and so does the clear piece. I'm not worried that it's going to get dented and warp, it seems solid. The color is called "ice beige" but it is pale grey in real life. It's just plain suede all around. I have had other trays that have satin or faux leather trim around the edges to make them fancier, but they were much pricier than these. This is a very basic, plain set that has no trim or decoration but it is sufficient to protect your jewelry from dust and dings.The lid is the only piece that has a lip on the bottom of it, as shown in the picture. It can sit inside the rim of any of the trays and fits in place quite firmly. All of the other pieces are flat on the bottom, so the only thing holding the rest of the stack together is the suede-on-suede friction. This is sufficient so they don't slide around easily but a firm knock could send them flying. A rim on the bottom of all of them would have been nice.There are plenty of slots to hold all types of jewelry. The ring holder can hold narrow low-profile rings and stud earrings. The small grid holds rings that are chunky and earrings, etc. and the large grid can hold bracelets and large pendants.The hooks on the necklace holder are pressed down very tight against the surface when it arrives. If you value your manicure, you'll need a tool to lift them to slide a chain under them. I used a spoon to lift them up, then pressed them back down into position over the chain. There is a hump in the middle of the necklace holder to keep the pendants in place on their side, away from the hooks and this works out nicely. I even laid out bracelets over the hump to keep them laid flat and avoid tangling.You can stack these all up and put the lid on top, or slide them right onto the shelf or drawer in your safe and know that your jewelry will be easy to find and ready to put on. They aren't the prettiest or most decorative of all jewelry holders but they are very functional and a good value for the price.

This is like having your own jewelry store!! I am loving, going through my jewelry and putting things in this beautiful case. It makes it so easy to see everything you have. I do not have a lot of rings, but if you did this case it would be perfect for you as well. There’s lots of room in the ring section. I would even like it if they would sell the pieces separately so that I could buy more of the pieces that work best for me. I would highly recommend this jewelry case. The quality is beautiful. And you’ll be able to find exactly the piece that you’re looking for without tearing apart a whole jewelry box.!! You’ll be very happy with this purchase!
