I didn't even know it came with 2!! I cleaned the jewelry, & then put it in my septum, I still have it there all this time later. It has got to be my most favorite septum jewelry. I take it out to clean of course, but it goes right back in. I have the 1 with no gems on it, in 1 of my regular piercings. I love them both. I like that they have a bit of a different look, & so I wear it constantly.

These are really cool looking, perfect and light weight for the piercing. A LITTLE too bendable (but I guess that's what makes them light weight) Had to make sure I wasn't pushing too hard to get it closed up and secure it. Cool looking, and not off the wall, yet edgy!
