I like that these are small and cute push in style, each top being between 4mm and 10mm. It was easy to adjust the tension to lock tops in by bending pin slightly using post. I found these did need to be adjusted as they came relatively loose. I did need a taper to get these in as they are hard to hold on to with your fingers and insert. Taper was purchased separately from another seller.

It’s cute but it’s not fully titanium and hypoallergenic like it claimed the be. The bars are also not that long, immediately after putting it in I had an allergic reaction. If I could return it I would.

I was looking for the cheapest option of cartilage earrings that were titanium and this set fit the bill. In the pack I purchased you get 4 options and they are the push in kind, which I personally prefer over screw in. These worked great for me. They seem to truly be titanium as they helped my new/ish piercings heal without issue.

I use both the internally threaded and threadless labrets for my various piercings. I only use threadless for my conch piercing. These NICEIGHT 4Pcs 16G G23 Titanium Threadless Push in Studs offer a nice variety of styles for a low price. These are G23 titanium which is not as pure as ASTM F136 titanium. I don't have an issue with G23 or even surgical steel, so these are fine for my ears. But be warned if you have sensitivities, these may not be pure enough titanium for some people.I chose the 8mm labrets as I don't like my jewelry tight in my cartilage piercings. I have 16 piercings and the 8mm seems to be my go-to size. The threadless tops are nice quality. The pins are already bent to have a good hold inside the labret. The round CZ and opal are 4mm, the three-CZ top is 9mm long with the middle CZ 4mm and the two outer CZs 3mm, the butterfly is approximately 6mm x 7mm. The CZ and opal are nice and look very good when worn. I am very pleased with this set.The four labrets come in a small gift box along with instructions for how to wear and correct the threadless pins if they are loose. Excellent value!

I like the fact that they give you four different earrings and they are push in, so it makes it easy to maneuver, BUT my ears are sensitive, especially my forward helix cartilage piercing, and when I put these in, it made my forward helix throb for two days. I had to take it out. They're fine in my tragus piercing. Titanium? I think not.

I took photos of these next to my pinky finger so that you could look at your pinky finger to gauge size of them to see if they will work well for you.Overall, these are Great for the price here on Amazon! I am Super Happy that they are titanium, the only metal that I personally can wear.They are threadless which makes them So Much Easier to put in. I found that the amount of push and pull involved with each and every one of these to put on and take off was about right. And you can see in the photo I took for you that they give good instructions with the jewelry to show you how to bend the end slightly if one is too tight or too loose.The color of the CZs on 2 of the 4 as you can see above is actually gray, not white. I like them but to some of you that may matter.
