This was a large pack for a good price. There was a variety of sizes, and more than one of each size gem so you can match if you want. The gems are very glittery and shiny and well mounted, I don't worry about the gems falling off. They are true to gauge and comfortable to wear. These were easy to put on. The threadless style is so much easier than the internal or external threads. They have not loosened or fallen out and I've had them in for a while. They have not faded, gone green, or had any issues with multiple showers and baths. I really love the value and style!

They are definately for a healed conch. Very difficult to put together without a little help. Very pretty. Good quality. Small.

The front piece does not have threads to screw into the back piece and would easily pop out and get lost.
