I ordered these on an emergency when the top of my eyebrow piercing suddenly came off one night (I was afraid the hole would close). I couldn’t re-attach the top so I just had to pray these would be easier to put on and they were!! Pleasantly surprised and they come with a variety of cute and simple jewelry to choose from; and they don’t cause any problems!!

These body jewelry pieces are absolutely beautiful and I love love them! The butterfly one is especially my favorite one by far, but I absolutely love all of them! I ordered this set in black and silver for my rook and snug piercings mostly for the floral and butterfly designs. I had such high hopes for these as I like to change my jewelry with the seasons and wanted to be able to add something other than basic curved barbells to these two areas. I'm not sure whether it’s the placement of my piercings or the jewelry itself but it’s super uncomfortable to live in. I could see these being good for special occasions where you plan to switch out the jewelery before bed, but overnight wear is super irritating. For my rook, I’ve tried both butterfly styles and the wings press against the curve of my ear and doesn’t lay flat enough so it’s constantly irritating my upper ear, again this might not be a problem if your ear anatomy is smaller or if your rook or places closer to the outside of your ear, mine is pretty close to the forward helix area. For the snug I have tried a butterfly and one of the flower designs and had similar issues of the jewel pressing against my ear uncomfortably when I sleep and causing irritation/swelling. I know the issue is not with the length of the bar as there is plenty of wiggle room, it’s definitely the design.I also tried the flower design with the hanging jewel which I was super excited for and this one fit okay but the hanging part is too short to actually sit properly so you just end up with it folded awkwardly. That’s super disappointing and I guess I could just wear the pieces in my lobes if I can’t return them but I don’t love wearing curved barbells in my flat piercings.

I really loved the product when I received it. I was expecting quality metal but after a few weeks of wear (I am wearing in my ear), they began chipping, turning green, and the gems started falling off the ball. Decided it was just one and it didn’t give my ear a problem so I gave another a try. Same thing happened but instead the ball fell apart but the threading is still screwed on. So now I’m going to have to figure out how to get the broken ring out my ear. I already use a tool to screw it in because my fingers don’t fit where my rook is.If it’s in an easy to change place. And it’s for temporary wear. Go for it. But if you’re looking for quality and for the metal not to break and end up in your skin this is not the product for you. Zoom in you can see the chipping and where the threading remained when the ball disintegrated off the metal.
