The fit is great! If you have thick ears the bar size in there may be too small for you though! For me they are just right!

I was using these for my cartilage piercing. They are very comfortable, I was just disappointed that they were very hard to put on. The ball for the back is so small, which is great once you get it on, but trying to get it on is very frustrating. The bar is also very short, which also makes putting them on very difficult. Once you get it on they are great. I sleep with them in, and I have never had a problem.

Definitely not cartilage sized. All too small. I thought I was wrong and tried a couple but too small and painful too wear. The post is tiny. I bought the 7 piece and didn't pay attention to the post size. All seven were shirt little posts. I just thought bad metal. Mad I missed my window on returning.
