The necklace was FAR too short for me to wear, but fortunately I bought it to go in my car anyway and the length was perfect. The bracelet is nice and stretchy on its sturdy band. The black beads are labs rock so I think you can apply oils to them for aromatherapy. Can't tell for sure if the chakra beads are real stone or glass, but I still like it.
