Neither one of the two acrylic plates fits into any of the wooden stand that they came with. The slats in the wood are way too narrow, and without breaking the acrylic there is no way of getting them in. This means I can't use this product whatsoever. Very disappointed. In addition, the envelope packaging that it came in was ripped open and damaged.

The acrylic didn’t fit into the wooden bases. Totally useless

The set came with two bases and two clear plexiglass earring inserts. We are unable to fit either plexiglass insert into one of the bases. Sure I could go and get tools and sand it down, but this should have been ready to go. The other base does appropriately fit the insert but it isn’t quite snug enough to lock into place and it moves it you accidentally brush up against it. We kept the set only because was inexpensive and I needed something quickly but it’s a dud and I do not recommend.

Both acrylic plates arrived broken/cracked. Wood base groove too narrow for the acrylic plates. Unusable.

Acrylic arches came undamaged but the bases did not come with it so I haven’t been able to use them yet till I order bases or make some.
