The charm itself is perfect and as described. It was delivered promptly. The packaging was excellent -It came in a small clear plastic bag, clearly marked. Inside was a small, navy blue velveteen pouch containing a tiny polishing cloth! What a surprise. Outside of the pouch was a very small plastic bag nicely displaying my charm against the dark blue. Excellent! Great care and thought was put into delivering this product.Thank you!
