I received this ring as a gift from my boyfriend. He got it for me on January 10th. I don’t do much with my hands as I am a student. I’m not rough on my jewelry in any way. I noticed last night that one of my stones has fell out. For the price that he paid for this ring ($83 after shipping) for a stone to just fall out after 4 months is ridiculous. I cannot return or even replace it, I called pandora and this seller isn’t even authorized so there is no warranty on the ring. It is very frustrating I love my ring and it means so much to me. I’ve tried returning it on Amazon and I won’t let me because it “passed the window of return”. Don’t waste your time or money. I included a picture of the day I received the ring. All the stones are in it and the ring is intact, that was taken on January 10, 2023. The 2 other photos with the missing stone I took today May 8, 2023.

The smaller stones did not stay in the ring. One of them fell out.

As I said, it looks used. Looks dull, not shiny. Not new. Also, take a close look at the circle first pick, it's rubbed off or something.
