Bought the ring around three months ago and already had a stone fall out . I live and office life and haven’t done anything that could’ve contributed to the stone falling out

My boyfriend got me this ring as a gift recently and everyone loves it! Most importantly I do! It’s hard to find the teardrop shape and not have it look fake or too big sometimes. But this pandora ring is everything and then some! Pandora rings are not too expensive and are easy to clean/wear with no tarnish. I’m in love with it!
