Ordered this ring for father in law to give to mother in law for anniversary. Quality was good but the size was a little big. Talked with seller and they said they would exchange it. I decided to go through Amazon to return for improper fit and was issued refund. Then I bought another ring in the correct size. A little more expensive the second time around but I felt fortunate to be able to return it and get another one since rings are normally hard to return once purchased. Mother in law loved it and in the end everyone was happy. I'd use this seller again.
