My son bought these for himself and absolutely loves the look and feel. They were a little hard to get on and off at first. Once we got used to them and figured out just where to push, it was easier. They release fine now. He cleans his ears before and after wearing them, but if he wears them for more than a one day in a row, his ears get infected. He alternates now, wearing them once then wearing his hypoallergenic studs for two days, before putting them back in. Defintely not good for sensitive ears.
