I bought these because the hoops in both my Cartilage piercings were causing my ears a great deal of discomfort and creating piercing bumps, as soon as I put these in they felt way better and made the bumps begin the process of going away. I bought the smallest mm size and it fits My piercings perfectly but if you have new piercings you may want more room for swelling. They were a little difficult to screw in but that means they are secure, would recommend 10 out of 10.

These work great! I used them in replacement of my industrial bar and the only issue is screwing in the tops-it’s a small area and hard to get the gem screwed into the post …but overall it is great! I’ve worn them for 2 days and they’ve stayed in my ear.

I bought the set of 6 for the helix in my ear. Out of the 6 of them, the medium set of 2 wont unscrew at all, and the 2 smallest of the them are so small they slide right through the hole. Oh well.

I love the size and fit of these for my medusa piercing, but I've already lost 2 balls bc they come unscrewed so easily no matter how tight I put it. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but I did have another internal ring that never came loose like this 🤷‍♀️ otherwise I love them

I got this for my conch and I am in love. So backstory. I’ve worn a 14 gauge hoop in my conch for about three months I then put an 18 gauge stud in until I could find the exact stud that I wanted so when I did put this one on it did hurt a little only because of my messing up by putting in a smaller gauge. However it is a perfect fit for your conch and the flat back doesn’t get caught in my hair so there’s no tugging and pulling it’s super comfortable. The thing I hate about this earring but I love about it is that it screws on from the front so if you have bigger fingers you might want to have somebody else put it on for you
