5/8 16mm - size accurateI've been wearing them for a while now, they're very thin but no problems with rips or tears. Super easy to put in and take out.If you're in bigger sizes, they are comfortable to lay on but will usually fall out while you're sleeping so if you don't want to risk losing them, I'd take them out before bed if that's not something you already do.

These are usually my go to for comfort but this time the 3 pack sized in 18mm will be unusable due to poor finish quality causing irritation to my ears

I’ve pretty much lived in silicone earskins for the past 10 years, so I’ve tried many different kinds from Kaos to the $1 packs from eBay. These are by far my favorite ones I’ve ever owned. They’re the thinnest, most flexible, and most comfortable set I’ve ever owned. They truly feel like nothing is there. The flares on these aren’t too big, which for me is perfect. Could be a downside if yours fall out a lot since they’re so flexible, but I have little/thin lobes so it’s perfect for me. If you’re trying to use these to stretch your ears, they won’t work. They’re way too thin for that and are only for retaining. The clear pair aren’t super clear like the Kaos ones, but (on my skintone at least) they are pretty stinkn clear compared to cheaper ones. Also, 3 pairs of these cost less than a single pair from Kaos! I am totally in love with these!

I've been wearing one of these in my septum since April (less than six months of use), and it's not holding up so well. It has a crack in it, and is starting to become discolored a fair amount. The previous transparent silicone tunnel that I used lasted over six years of continuous wear with no cracks or discoloration, and I only replaced it because I wanted to try one with a bit more of a flare. I've noticed that the edges and seams on these are also not super clean straight out the package. There's enough that it's worth trimming it back yourself, not nearly as clean molded as the photos show. Comes in a nice fancy bag and everything, but I'd rather have a higher quality product. Fine for the price, I suppose, but if I'm to expect deterioration like this, a six pack will not even last as long as a single, higher quality one at the same price. I wonder now if the advanced aging on this is due to it not being a pure silicone. Who knows!

Ordered these in 1/2 inch size. Delivered a day earlier than promised which is a plus because I got to put them in before a date, went in with ease and retain their shape very well. These are way better than Hot Topic's new Kaos brand, the walls are thin but also not so thin they pop out in my sleep. Feel very durable and light weight in the ear. I've also tried a number of other brands but these are by far the best tunnels I've owned in terms of quality. Also for anyone who is curious, I have relatively thin lobes and these fit very well, there is a tiny bit of slack but I personally don't mind it considering it's roughly 1-2mm and anyone with normal lobe thickness should be able to pop these bad boys in and they'll be nice and snug.
