My 4 year old was having a lot of problems with her ears. The original balls that her ears were pierced with actually went into her ears and all the ones that family purchased at local department stores either broke or left her ears infected and swollen. We do have to use the plastic backs instead of the metal backs, but luckily this set comes with both. The metal backs get too tight and cut into the back of my daughters ears. The little plastic backs that came with our set fit nicely and don't move tighter as she sleeps. We've had no issues since getting these and only using the plastic backs, The unicorns get compliments every time she wears them.

They're cute, obviously very cheaply made. You can bend the pin without even trying. But it's fine, you get what you pay for.

The studs bend to perfect 90 degree angles when you attempt to put these in your ear holes. If that’s your thing, risking broken metal in piercings, then you’ll want to hurry up and order these.
