Tested all 4 of the earrings pairs and none passed my strong neodymium magnet test. They were all very magnetic so very likely not of sterling silver. I made sure that the earrings' clasp was far from the magnet and also tested the different parts of the earrings. They were all very strongly attracted to my magnet. They're all lightweight so maybe they're some kind of aluminum alloy. Good thing that I got these mainly for its clip-on options. Some of my daughters don't have pierced ears so these can be used by them. These earrings look bulky, despite their lightweight. So, will look better on my older girls.Cautiously recommended.
