The earrings are designed so the top hook is fastened onto the bottom hook. It ended up falling out and apart very quickly and I was excited for these as the reviews made them seem amazing but it’s clear they’re made cheaply. The part that goes into your ear also fell apart when i was putting it on honestly it was a waste of money… but at your own discretion

I was excited to try these earrings because I own a similar pair that I absolutely love. The earrings arrived packaged in a pink box, with each one in its own plastic zip lock baggie. Inside each baggie was also a ton of silicone backings, which I really appreciate because it is always good to have extra in case they are lost or misplaced.Based on the ad photo, they all appear to be the same size. However, they are all actually different in size - ranging from small to medium to large-r (that is, not "large" per se but larger than the other 2 pairs). The smallest pair is dainty and ideal for everyday while the other 2 pairs are perfect more special occasions. The largest pair is just as comfortable as the smallest and they do not feel heavy on the ears at all. Each pair feels substantial (i.e. not flimsy or cheap) and has a great shine. I've never fallen asleep, showered or gotten any of them wet - each pair has only been worn for hours at a time and the placed back into pink storage box. I'm not certain how they would hold up to prolonged exposure to more extreme factors like showering or swimming - but since such usage is not recommended for jewelry of this type, I will not be using them during activities of this nature. I love that 3 pairs of these amazing earrings are included in a single package and I am obsessed with them. Since receiving the package, these have been the only earrings in my rotation. I feel chic and elegant wearing them and I highly recommend them.
