I've always loved the look of small plugs/gauges, but I don't want to stretch my ear lobes. I didn't even get my ears pierced until I was 31 because I just finally stopped caring what conservative people around me might think.I actually haven't used these properly yet, because I can't change out the post while my ears are still healing from the piercing. However, I bought this specific gauge because it's the same gauge as the posts the tattoo shop used, so I wondered if I could just remove the ball from the post earrings and swap it for one of these, just on the same post. And for that, it worked perfectly! The post screws into the back of the disc and looks awesome. I put a picture to illustrate what I'm talking about.My only concern is, as you can see in the last pic, the posts on these are significantly shorter than the posts I got my ears pierced with (I didn't take it out, this is just a spare I have but it's the same length). I am a big guy with big ears, so I'm not sure the post will be long enough to wear when I am able to change them. I don't think this would be a concern for most people smaller than me (which statistically is most of you, I'm a little over 6' and overweight), and honestly it doesn't bother me because you can't even see the back anyway so I'm fine with just wearing it like I am now on the longer post. Just figured it's worth mentioning for other big fellas like me (or large ladies, or enbies, I know you exist).So yeah, overall these are awesome and 15-year-old me would be so proud. As a massive pop/punk/emo fan, I feel like I'm part of the scene now lol. Can't wait to wear them to my next Fall Out Boy show.

I recently got my ear piercings reopened after decades of them being closed. They were able to open them with no blood but they seem to like closing at night when I'm asleep or during my showers, and there was blood one morning putting my earrings back in. I decided to sleep with earrings in for a while until they heal a bit better. I got these since they are flat and no pointy ends stick out. A couple were difficult to unscrew at first but using my shirt I was able to unscrew them all. Getting them in was a bit challenging. They seem to be just ever so slightly wider than regular piercings though you can barely tell looking at it, but you can feel it. Plus the screw threadings gets caught a little inside. It also seemed that the back of the holes on my ears were narrower than the front so they were going in fine but straining against the skin when trying to get them all the way through. It was uncomfortable and my ear holes felt kind of full at first with them in but they are quite comfortable once they're in, even enough to sleep with.

Shipping was very fast. The ONLY reason I didn’t get it a full 5 stars is because for every pair one of them was extremely HARD to twist off. I was able to get them all untwisted but dang that was hard! Love the colors; I got the smaller of the size options & they look great in my ears.

I’m not sure if I want to stretch my ears, and these are perfect! The quality is great! They match my lip rings, and they’re easy to get on and off! They look really well made, and feel good in the ear!I have a few mm left between my ear and the stud when pushed out. So it fits snug and perfect.Sanitize them before you put them on your ear! Sanitizing wipes, antibacterial. Which ever works for you!

Had the lighter blue earrings in for a week or two. When I removed for cleaning; the blue was coming off the back. I can't trust these as I don't want color particles coming off inside the piercing hole. These are great for short periods but not for everyday wear in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered these earrings in size 8mm because I’ve had earrings like this before and I like the way they fit in my ear but they sent me size 6mm both times. I even contacted Amazon about this issue and still both times they sent me 6mm earrings with 8mm written on the front of the package. I loved the color of these earrings and was hoping that this issue would be resolved but I guess not.
