The handmade earrings I ordered had a beautiful design, but they didn't match the product photo, and they arrived broken... yes, BROKEN... Returning them proved challenging (i can not returning, they do not refundme anyways) . While the craftsmanship is commendable, the overall experience was disappointing.

I will add a picture to back this up but finally remembered I had these adorable earrings. Took them out of the package today and one of the posts are WAY WAY to short. It doesn't come out the other side of the ear, no way to hook them on :( very sad and disappointed.

I bought these for my son and they are a bit bid but we put a wide back on and they worked much better. One of the studs came out and we had to repair it but I do believe that was because of the odd weight. Over all he liked them just those two things
