I bought these to replace the other ones I had, after the nut for one of them went down the drain. These are better, and I love how it feels screwing each nut onto a fresh thread. The backs feel very secure, and I'm pleased with the product.

These are nice, but I'm unsure if they are actually titanium. They irritated my ears A LOT, even more so than my cheap stainless steel tunnels. If you have sensitive piercings or allergies, just be careful when buying.
