These tapers are excellent. The color is brilliant and a true enough gold that it isn't out of place with my other gold and gold-colored piercings. These have actually replaced the 316-L stainless taper set I also purchased from Amazon as my daily/semi-permanent jewelry. My only gripe and warning is that the 8g pair are quite small in overall diameter, and are thus quite easily lost, particularly down shower drains.

Perfect if youre still trying to go up in sizes. Heavy weight, durable and Perfect for my super sensitive skinned self. Havent had a problem changing sizes or jewelry since!

I was right away disappointed with the very harsh fake-gold color. They also looked small and the spirals themselves were stubby compared to all my others. They are smaller overall than my 4g, and these are (supposedly) 2g. They fit exactly as loosely as my 4g, which is unfortunate, because they are also hollow and weightless, so it will definitely hinder my progress. I suppose in any color other than gold, they would work for someone who wants the metal ones, but as light as the plastic ones. These, sadly, do not work for me. I should have gone with the brand I usually get, but in the size and color I wanted, they were going to take weeks to arrive. Some things are worth waiting for.
