The balls were exactly as big as I expected. I have a 3mm and a 5mm piece, and this is just in the middle. If you are concerned about the size of the jewelry, I suggest measuring your balls first. My surprise is that the barbell was larger than I had anticipated. The barbell is the one part I didn't measure because I have never have seen varying lengths in my other online nipple ring purchases. All around I am pleased with the rings. I was really just in it for the internally threaded opals, which are spot on.

Two of the balls fell off within months of me getting. Now I have to order another set just to have matching opals because I literally cannot find white opals anywhere.

It took a while to get delivered to my adress. I have 16mm barbell in my nipple and these do not seem to be 16mm. They are shorter. And the balls are VERY tiny...
