Overall these are great. The only issues I have with them is the end. It is needle sharp. Is you have big earlobes like me, you get poked a lot.

Update: I liked them. They got the job done with no pain or fuss. I don't like that they're hollow and both mines and my boyfriend's tend to fall out and are uncomfortable to sleep with in. One dropped on the kitchen floor at work and the tip broke off. I was shocked and wow that really sucked.

Much smaller overall than I expected. But still nice. My husband said they fit True to size. And are comfortable. But they feel fragile so be careful. Over good item.
