They don’t seem to screw in seamlessly. There is a TINY amount of wiggle but they stay in and have allowed my ears to heal much easier than the plastic ones I had in. So they’re good temporarily until I’m ready to size up one last time.

Make certain to regularly tighten up the screw-on back.Very well machined surgical stainless.I used them to taper up.Well worth the price.
