I LOVE these! They are super easy to put in and take out. They close securely and stay put! I ordered one pair in rainbow and one in gold just to try out. Once I knew I liked them, I quickly ordered a second pair of each (my ears are double pierced). Unfortunately, my second order only contained one of each color instead of two. I contacted the company and they responded in less than 24 hours. I received the correct order very quickly, plus a message making sure everything was as it should be. I have contacted them again since the replacement order contained pairs of both colors, so I now have one extra of each color (which I am happy to send back to them if necessary). I will definitely order more colors from them! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

They are fine -- perfect, really -- except that they are crazy difficult to open. The best technique I've found is to use small scissors, putting the tips inside the earrings, oriented so that one side faces the segment. Then open the scissors.That said, I like them otherwise.

Nice fit and look, opens pretty easy; I only wish they made this diameter in a lower gauge. Looks very similar to the segment ring I'm replacing - a smooth circle. I have them in my earlobe and upper cartilage and they are comfortable for sleeping.

Good little earrings, I really enjoy that the loops aren't overly big; they look great on the ear. Nice matte black coloring too.It was slightly tricky to figure out how to pop them open the first time, but it's not hard or anything.

I bought these for my tragus and rook piercings. Previously I had a short post in my tragus and a curved bar in my rook. Both were so difficult to get in and secure, taking me over 30 minutes EACH. So when the post in my tragus lost its stud I hurried to find a new solution. I'm so glad I found these!! I do wish they came a bit smaller, but I'm very pleased with them. They slid right in and snapped shut easily. I had the old ones out and new ones in in under 5 minutes! They feel very secure as well.

I was unhappy with the quality of this set of earrings. One of them worked fine. The other hinged open and never closed properly again. I returned them and was given a full refund. I tried another pair on the off chance that it was just that pair, and I had the same exact problem. I will not buy from this manufacturer again
