For what you pay, you get a fairly solid set of screw in plugs. The threading is on the exterior so, this may be a bit rough if your ears are freshly stretched. It might be worth waiting until they heal to avoid any further irritation. The quality is great, they are a touch heavy but are not to cumbersome for a long wear. Size was spot on, and the image, though small is very detailed.

These are absolutely gorgeous! I was SO excited...but I ordered 5/8" & the ones that came were TINY...I didn't measure with my caliper tool yet but I'd guess they're like a 0-00. I was pretty bummed about it, especially since they looked amazing...if only I could actually wear them 😕
