I have always appreciated and admired the minimalist design of the 1016 and 14270 however do not have the money to purchase either. Ever since seeing Don Draper and Ian Fleming rocking the original 1016s, I have always wanted a similar style watch. Despite this, and I am sure like many of us, I cannot afford a 1016 or 14270.When I first saw this watch I was intrigued but hesitant. The watch looked amazing, but for the price it seemed too good to be true. I could not find much information online about this particular model and was hesitant to spend the money. After owning and wearing for about a month, I am very happy with my purchase.The best information about the watch that I could find was a video buy WR4K on YouTube. It is a fantastic video and he goes over all of the specs/details of the watch.A couple quick notes:-The bezel is slightly bigger than on a 1016/14270. The crystal is not domed and the larger bezel adds some protection instead of exposing the raised sides of the crystal. I thought the bigger bezel would bother me, however I do not even notice it and appreciate the extra protection.-The bracelet is just okay. I have not touched the micro adjustment but took out 4 links to fit my approx. 7 inch wrist. It could be better, but for the price it works. I have a leather nato strap coming just to experiment.-I cannot speak to the water resistance of this model. I have not submerged it in anyway or gotten it wet other than washing my hands or walking in light rain. Though, I have not had any problems with either of those activities.-I saw some worried about the sturdiness of the crown. I have been very pleased by the screw down crown and have not experienced any problems so far.-The watch runs beautifully. My watch runs about +/-5 seconds per week and keeps good time. The Seiko NH35 movement is a fantastic movement for the money. Very happy with this.-The watch is very thin. It disappears under shirt sleeves and jackets.-The lume is not great. This is where I believe buyers have to be slightly self-aware. For the price, the lume is just right, but do not expect anything great. I would say it is comparable to a Casio Duro. Even under charging light for several minutes, the lume is only at peak brightness for approximately 20-30 seconds and then fades rather quickly. Again, you have to be a little self-aware here.-The bezel/case sides are a mirror finished steel. It's going to collect scratches rather easily. I have already collected multiple scratches but it builds character!-I have not develop any scratches on the synthetic sapphire crystal. Very pleased with this.-The box and papers (if you want to even call them "papers") are nothing special. Nevertheless, the watch arrived safe and sound.Overall: I am very happy with my purchase. Be self aware here, it is not a 1016/14270, but it is certainly a worthwhile alternative. I have loved wearing the watch and recommend it. It will remain on my wrist indefinitely pending I save enough for a 14270 one day!

The media could not be loaded.  I was immediately impressed with the looks and quality of this watch right out of the box. My first Pagani Design watch and I couldn’t be happier. Automatic movement is smooth and watch is very accurate so far. Decent weight to the case but not too heavy. Feels high quality. The band narrows out where it meets the clasp, so it goes from about a 20mm to an 18mm or so. Nice if you are outside in the heat a lot and don’t want to sweat from a thick band. There are three micro adjustment slots in the clasp, which were tricky to figure out at first, but there’s videos that can help on YouTube. It’s nearly identical to a Rolex Explorer, so just search one of those if you can’t figure out the micro adjustment. Some people have mentioned the sharp edges of the band, but overall it’s not a bother to me and I find the watch comfortable to wear. Overall, huge fan of this timepiece.

el reloj precioso supero mis expectativas al 200 porciento perooooo la entrega deprimente estoy bastante molestopriemro llego antes de tiempo y no me notificaron por ningun medio segundo los del servicio a domicilio no le notificaron a nadie abentaron el paquete por encima del porton del estacionamiento una vecina que observo recogio el paquete y nos lo entrego y hasta la fecha no me han avisado que me mandaron un paquete osea que si la vecina no hubiera visto seguramente se hubieran robado el paqueteel coraje es que no costo un dollar fue un reloj que se pudo haber dañado con el golpe y el producto es bastante costoso y delicado

I think I'd really like to buy a Rolex Explorer in 39mm or 40mm, but I just don't think I can spend that much money on a watch. I've looked at quite a few different tool watches, and purchased a sterile dial homage. While nice and easy to wear, it just didn't look quite right. I guess I'm not as intrigued by sterile dial homages as much as I thought. So I decided I'd try another option. The Alpha Explorer was an option, but I decided to try this out one. I'm pleased that I did. It feels good on my wrist. It keeps great time. It has a bit more visual interest than the sterile dial has. It also has a nicer overall finish than the sterile dial option. This had made it to the top of my rotation and is here to stay. The ghost date position is a bit of a drag, but that's just a rare nit. I can't quite tell if this makes me want to buy a Rolex more or less, but I do enjoy this watch very much.
