Me and my husband ordered this for my day collar and for the price its 100000% worth it we were worried it would be to cheap feeling but it is not it is a bit heavy for me in my opinion but I will get used to it over time and it’s very comfortable as well and to sleep in as well I really love the fact the keys came with a bell on them and also it came with a Thankyou note/card and a freebie mine was a sticker and it was beautiful I will definitely use it for my planner and it’s super easy to get on and off as well I haven’t taken it off yet except testing the keys with it on my neck

I was so excited to come home to this package for an outfit I’d wear the next day just to open the package and see these two thin, sad looking chains that look like they came out of a dispenser. How do you mess up so bad? The one I ordered was a thick boy of a chain with a PADLOCK. I don’t understand. It angers me that they will just shrug this off. Terrible service already.

I love this collar except for one thing... I got the black one and it's not dyed or permanent black. It is painted stainless steel so the black is peeling off which is kind of frustrating.

I purchased the 16-inch black chain with heart lock on June 13th, 2022. I've had this chain on since the day it arrived today (June 24, 2022) I noticed that the black coating was coming off in place. I have not worn it in the shower or gotten it wet. It's a lovely chain and heart lock but pretty disappointed the coating is coming off I purchased the black because it matched the other jewelry I wear.
