I have had this product for a month and im very happy with it i have been piercing my cartilage into a star and these are what i use they work perfectly and dont irritate my ear there perfect because it looks like a sparkle and isnt too bulky imvery happy it was money well spent its also a great deal the only thing is that theyre easy to loose but thats your fault for buying them so small

These are totally worth every dollar. So cute and small and they got here super fast. I like the personal signed thank you note :) I work in customer service so I notice things like that but mostly I appreciate them. I have found a couple other nose ring sets cheaper but now that I have received this set and love the quality and the customer service was great, I will always buy from this store/seller. :)

Package came quick, and they are sparkly, and tiny. exactly what I wanted! I do not like a huge nose ring, this is just my personal taste, and if you want something tiny, buy these! I heard reviews that some of the stones were falling out, and the nose rings were coming out of some noses, well, I have been wearing the same one for over a week now and it's still very much intact. Plus, if they fall out, I have 19 more! These are sold in the stores for $4 each, and the stones are way bigger in the stores. I could not find ones this small in ANY store. Thanks for the great product and great price!

These were absolutely perfect. They are TINY, which I love. As a young professional entering the workforce, I was planning to remove my nose ring, but these are so subtle that I can totally get away with it. Also love the length of the post. Other straight-stud types like that are too long that they either end up sticking up too much or they get boogers stuck in them (TMI...sorry). I recently had a cold and these fit so well that I was able to blow my nose and totally forget it was in there (no interference on outside with tissue or inside).I'm sure the quality isn't that great, but they're so tiny you couldn't tell if they're real diamonds or little plastic rhinestones. I also don't have any metal allergies or issues so that helps.

These are perfect. Tiny little studs that sit flat on the nose. Like any nose studs this style, they will occasionally fall out or lose their rhinestone, but I was expecting that, which is why I bought a pack of 20. These lasted me 2.5 years, and I am now buying them again. Way better then those little 3-5 packs you can get at the mall.Edit 7-29-19I’m editing this review because these are not the same anymore. They are still small and cute, but the quality is gone. The rhinestones keep falling out. This pack used to last a couple years, but I’ve gone through 6 studs in just a month this time. I am very disappointed.

I usually do not buy my nose bones from Amazon, but I could not resist the price. I am glad I took the chance. Not only are they short enough, but the clear gem stone is the perfect size. I have only had to use one in my nose and I have had it in over a month now. I am not too impressed with them as earrings, but then again they are not earrings. I love the length of the bone as it does not pertrude any like others I have had. I would highly recommend these nose bones.

Finally, the perfect nose bone!! I have always wanted a small tiny nose bone for my nose - I have had my piercing for almost ten years now and never had any luck finding the perfect one!!! I was very hesitant ordering this item because I wasn't sure they would be small enough and because it wasn't eligible for Amazon Prime - I am SO glad I took the chance, it was definitely worth the wait!!!!!!!I highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a tiny nose bone that looks like a spec! The pricing is very reasonable considering you are getting 20 in a pack! They arrived in a plastic case and a cute little drawstring bag. Also, they added a brief and personalized thank you note, which is a very nice touch!I hope these never go out of stock!!!!!

These are microscopic! It is a good thing they come multiples, because they fall out easily and are too tiny to find. Very Disappointed!
