I have had this for a week or so and at first, I wasn't too impressed on the packaging however, once I took it out of the bag and straighten out the kinks I was actually very delighted. The necklace look nice the clasp was cheap but then again your only paying $30. But what got me is I ordered a 30 inch chain and what I got said 30 but it was maybe a 24. Didn’t even ask to replace. Just got money back
