I bought the 22”, 1.5mm 10k gold rope chain on May 9th. I wore it 3 times and when I put it on for the 4th time on July 20th it broke, in a place where it couldn’t be fixed. I tried to go through PORI JEWELERS to return for a refund but was told I couldn’t return it to them because it was shipped from Amazon. They would not help me in any way, simply referred me back to Amazon. Amazon told me it was beyond the 30 day return and we’re not going to be able to refund my purchase either. I finally spoke wit a customer service representative and asked why they would sell a product which cost over $145.00 and not refund the customer if the product was defective within 2 months. The best they could do for me was charge me $30 for UPS to return the product to Amazon and refund the remaining balance. I will never purchase from PORI JEWELERS again and am very disappointed in Amazon for adding a $30 fee for returning this broken necklace.2/4/24UPDATEAfter writing my original review Pori Jewelers contacted me, apologizing for my disappointment in the chain. They offered to replace the chain if that was something that I was agreeable to that. I said of course and would adjust my review upon receiving the new chain. Well it’s been the better part of a year and I never received anything from them nor did I receive further communication. I stand firmly be my original review.
