The necklace I first received broke at the hook for the clasp the first time I tried to put it on. I explained this to the seller in a message and asked if I could get a replacement because the jeweler said he could not repair the break. The seller responded promptly....and in a few days I had a replacement and it seems to be working just fine. I really like this necklace....and I really hope it lasts!

Only wore a few times and clasp broke. No wonder return window so short. I would have been better off buying kiddy jewelry at discount store. Photographs lovely but CHEAP CHEAP.

I was happy to find a Tri colored 14k gold chain. It wears nicely with my gold or rose gold pendants.. Wasn't too crazy about the classic clasp/or how light weight chain was at first. But so far, chain and clasp ares holding up fine..
