I loved this urn necklace for my fur babies cremains. I got it mid December and some time the end of March I noticed the Paw Print and Infinity sign were both missing. I will try to contact the seller to see if they will send me another or at least the Paw Print and Infinity symbols and I will have them attached.

I had order one of these necklaces, the 1st on had a cunck of metal missing on the front, but I was able to do a return and got it replaced. The 2nd one that came had a few scratches on the back but the front of it was perfect. Returning the item was easy and happy I was able to get a replacement. It is alot smaller then I expected but I do really like look of the pendant urn. And losing a pet u want something that is special to you to keep them with you always. It do come with a funnel and poking stick and was packaged nicely so the chain did not get tangled up.

It's the size of a dime, thick as about 6 dimes. Hole to add ashes is extremely small, the funnel clogs, so it's easier to just dump ashes on top and shake off the extra, and repeat until full. I have kept it in a small plastic bag, only to find out that if you shake the pendant, it leaks the ashes from someplace on the front.
