I just needed a watch that keeps time, can be immersed in water, and can be illuminated at night. This watch does those things. The price is inexpensive enough that if something happens to the watch or I lose it, that's OK. I am a gardener so having a watch that can alarm, keep proper time, not care about getting wet is very helpful.

It does pick up colors from other fabrics easily so the band turns color over time. It also was hard to figure out how to set the time at first but that may have been my own user error.

My wife's pool watch died so this seemed like a good option - waterproof, easy to read, etc. But the instructions appear to be for a different watch. By trial and error I managed to set the date and time and also change the annoying multi-color flashing light to a single color (hold the light button in). I also managed to change it from 24 hour to 12 hour mode The watch is actually a little larger than she had hoped at 1.33 inch, but it does everything a watch needs to do - and it's waterproof. It has a nice sporty look and is perfect for "pool wear".
