These displays are simple and cute and get the job done. I use it for keychains and bracelets too.

Love, love, LOVE these earring stands! They are incredibly thick and sturdy, with a long, wide base so that even the heaviest earrings can’t pull them over, and absolutely crystal clear! Perfect for earring photography!I was initially extremely concerned when I opened the package. They were well-wrapped in bubble wrap, and once I’d removed that, all 3 were nested and then wrapped incredibly securely in what looked like saran wrap, but was some sort of sticky adhesive (see 1st photo). This was unnerving for me, because I couldn’t figure out how to get this crazy stuff off without scratching the stands. I ultimately had to resort to scissors, and after quite a few careful snips here and there, I was able to get the stands unwrapped. Whereupon, my jaw fell open, because…They were so cloudy, and all scratched up (see photo 2). These would absolutely not work for my photo needs! I was mad, and was actually packing them back up to return them, when I noticed a couple of “bubbles” on the surface of one of the stands. I used a magnifier to look at these more closely, and realized that each stand was covered in a protective film - so, yay! - but again, how to get this film off without scratching the stand? I used the bubbles on the 1st stand as a starting point, carefully inserting a pin under the edge of one bubble, and was able to get the film lifted up enough to grab hold of it and peel it off. The stand still looked just as scratched as ever, and, duh, there was also a film protector on the back. I was able to insert my pin in from the side where the upright portion of the stand becomes the base, and easily lift it up to remove the film on the back. Same for the remaining two easels - i figured out to use the earring wire holes to get the front film started, and then continued to slide my pin under the film in the back where the base becomes the upright stand.. And as the 3rd pic shows, (2 pieces of the film are on the mat, and one stand is tilted on its side), the stand is beautifully clear!I held back one star because these easels, wonderful as they are, are too expensive.I do notice now that the listing mentions the protective film - and it’s even shown in one of the listing photos; it’d be nice for future buyers if the seller included a sticker or something in the packaging to alert new owners to remove the film!

I bought these to take photos of my earrings. Each pieced was scuffed/scratched and not suitable for photos. Very disappointing.
