I just received this ring today and I think it is beautiful. 7.75 carats sounds quite large, but if you have larger hands, like I do, it looks perfect! The colors are also gorgeous. They go from a deep purple to a deep blue to an almost green in a certain light. And the stone is large enough that you can see the colors changing very nicely. Some people have mentioned that the stone falls out. If this happens I will definitely update my review, but for now I love it!

Stunning ring, really does change colors according to light source. If you want to take a photo of it, turn off your flash and use the ambient lighting to show off the ring. Don't be silly and think just because, it's supposed to be different, tried to take photos to show actual differences, but amazon wants full access to photos and I'm not for that.

I bought two different size 5 peora alexandrite rings and compared them. The ring in this review is the larger square one in the photo and it is off in every way. The first photo is outdoor light, second photo is indoor light.Sizing is bad on this ring. I’m a true size 5 and cannot put this ring on my ring finger and wear it comfortably, so I believe I received a size 4.5.The stones. The simulated alexandrite stone color saturation is low, and color change is weak to nonexistent compared to the other ring which is of lower carat weight, see first photo.I think this item is not a good value so I will be returning it. The smaller oval ring in the photo is set in 14k gold and cost 4x more but it is so much nicer that it’s worth every penny.

This ring is stunning. The center is stone is quite large, and it sparkles like crazy. My stone seems to take on a plum shade, which is a color I needed in a ring. It really does not look green at all like the picture shows. This is my second Peora ring, and I think I am hooked. I am giving the ring a four instead of a five just because the huge simulated alexandrite would probably not fool anyone as being real. However, I will wear it proudly because it is just plain gorgeous, real or not. I just hope the stone doesn't fall out like others have reported. ,

This is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen for this price! I absolutely love it! It is so cool how it changes color from a brilliant magestic purple to a blue only matched by the Caribbean Sea.
