While this pendant is beautiful and is a nice size, the color of the stone is not tanzanite at all and looks nothing like pictured on the website. It resembles purple amethyst. I will be returning as it is not what I wanted.UPDATE: I submitted a request to return this item and within minutes, received an email from Peora. The customer service agent asked me questions and even asked that I send them a picture of the item. They explained that for this specific piece the stone reflected more yellow light, like tanzanite.I appreciated the explanation, but was heartbroken that this was an aspect of the stone. I returned the item anyway and give two additional stars for great customer service.I will purchase another pendant in the hopes that it is the right color.
